If I could give 0 stars, I would. Even 1 star is a complete waste for this place. I don't know who owns this location, but it is deeply disappointing that you managed to hire a crew where every single employee lacks basic manners and professionalism. I placed a pickup order and waited endlessly. Even though there were plenty of staff members behind the counter, not a single person had the courtesy to say "we'll be right with you" or even make eye contact. I was completely ignored. On top of that, the hygiene is questionable, as I even saw a fly buzzing inside the donut display case. When I got my food, about half of the order was completely wrong. When I pointed out the mistakes, the staff gave me a rude response with massive attitude, barely even answering me. I had to ask multiple times just to get what I actually paid for. At one point, an employee said they were fixing it, but they stood there doing nothing until I had to walk back up and confront them again. They only pretended to work once they got caught. This isn't just one bad employee, the entire staff is unprofessional, incompetent, and dishonest. Hands down the absolute worst Dunkin' experience of my life. Save your m

What are yall doing at this location? Like, since day one RUDE MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES, you’ll get your one good day out of the week but come on guys yall got to do better and switch up the crew it’s time and this location has a lot of potential but you got to find the right people cause who yall got there right now is not it. I already knew it fleas going to be a bad day when I heard the people walking out of the door saying they need to get the stuff together and they have an attitude, I never got my order taken. I will say you will shut down once the other fast food restaurant pops up next to yall by the light. Do better!

Heads up!! Do not eat here. For three consecutive trips to this location in College Station we have seen flies and fruit flies in the donut case. Today we watched as the person was loading the donuts in a box for drive thru and swatting the flies off of the donuts. To add to that the service is not good at all. The folks working there are not rude but they do give off the vibe that they would rather you not be there. We stood in front of the counter (to get coffee) and no one greeted us or ever came to take our order. My Dad and I like to sit on Saturday mornings and drink coffee, eat a donut and talk, we have not been able to do that for the reasons above and you can hardly even hear yourself think because the music is blaring loud. On the previous trip we asked if they could turn it down a little and they said they agreed it was too loud but did not have access to the controls. Something makes me think that is false but if it’s not, why not contact the owner? We will not be revisiting here but I thought customers should be aware of the infestation of flies especially if you are going through drive thru because you would not know that.

Came by to eat ice cream and a donut for the kids. When I approached the donut stand I saw flies sitting on the donuts and when I notified the employee she brushed it off like it was normal. I can't bare the thought of all the people that order donuts and flies have been sitting on them 🤢 I left in disgust.

We went here yesterday afternoon. I ordered a coffee and muffin and he ordered a $6 meal deal. We got our coffee immediately but we kept waiting for our food. 15 minutes later I went to go and check on it and of course they had forgotten about us. The lady did throw in an extra hash brown for the wait. Thank goodness she did becausey.husband couldn't eat the sandwich It was harder than a rock. I asked her about it and she said that's how they are made. The muffin was so dry I nearly choked on it. I went to go to the bathroom and the hallway and men's bathroom were flooded with water. No wet floor sign or anything. We told them about the water but they already knew about it. I would not recommend theeal deal special or muffin here.
